Release is so necessary in the flow of all activity. Yes, it is powerful to let go of that which no longer serves. Yes, it is healing to release a false belief, habit, judgments, resistance. Yes, it is heartbreaking to release a loved one, whether it is in the physical human life or in relationship. And, yes, it is amazing to release our gifts and talents into the universe, to release our prayers of Truth into the field of ever expanding good. Release is imperative to expansion. We are in a constant state of releasing and receiving. I am saying yes to the celebration of release…with grace and so much love.
