I am grateful for all the ways that The Presence reveals Itself to us. I am grateful for the capacity that we have to be present with ourselves and have experiences, feelings, and emotions through all the different aspects of this human incarnation…and they all lead to an expanded awareness of God. So, in the roughness, shame, doubt, regret, shoulda, coulda, woulda…we get to be GENTLE. There is only now. When we give ourselves the space to just BE present now with all of it…truth is revealed, peace comes in, and Love Wins. Gentleness opens the door to Truth.
